All students must FAX a copy of their deposit slip to: Business Administrator at 011-957-2393 with a cover letter indicating the name of the student, otherwise credit may not be given to your account.
Distance Education students may enroll for the BTh programme at any time of the year. Costs are R150 for the initial application process, R1000 per module including Student Study Guides, and additional cost for textbooks for a limited number of modules. Fees are kept low to ensure affordability and accessibility to as many learners as possible.
Within the first week of registration a full refund will be given, upon the return of Study Guides and textbooks. After the first week of registration and before the second week, a 50% refund will be given. Beginning the second week of registration and thereafter, no refunds may be given. Study Guides and textbooks must be returned before refunds.
Diploma resident student who work on campus may receive a work bursary for their tuition. However, distance education students will not be in residence on NTC main campus and therefore to not qualify for a work bursary.
A ten-percent (10% discount) will be given to students who pay for their entire BTh programme (360 credits) upon registration. Three year programme costs including Study Guides is: R 36,000. If the programme is paid in full in advance a 10% discount will be: R3,600.00. Overseas students' cost: USD $ 5,000 for the three-year programme.
Students who extend their three-year programme will be accessed an additional R1,000 per year (two years only) for the extension.
